What are Soil Studies?
At Geo Costa Rica, we carry out soil studies using a variety of field testing methods, tailored to the specific needs of each project. Commonly used methods include DPL (Dynamic Probing Light), SPT (Standard Penetration Test), geophysical techniques, and exploratory drilling with core recovery.

Allows the collection of undisturbed soil samples at various depths, essential for understanding stratigraphy, designing deep foundations such as piles and piers, and evaluating the ground's capacity to support heavy loads.

Each of these techniques allows us to perform a thorough subsoil analysis, enabling us to make precise recommendations for the design of foundations, such as:
