Processing of Environmental Permits for Gas Stations

To operate a gas station in Costa Rica, you must comply with a series of technical and safety requirements, hence an operating permit by the General Directorate of Transportation and Commercialization of Fuel (DGTCC) of MINAE, the Environmental Technical Secretariat (SETENA ) and the National Service of Groundwater, Irrigation and Drainage (SENARA) is required.

We carried out the studies of SETENA and SENARA to obtain the permits for construction, remodeling or replacement of tanks for service stations in accordance with Decree 30131-MINAE-S. "Regulations for the Regulation of the Storage System and Commercialization of Hydrocarbons"
